STILL my first day.........

Hello dear friends out there somewhere.   I have been off  today from a so called "real job"that is where you drive to it and someone else pays you and you don't own the business.   So I thought I would start out with this new blog and then be fully inspired to do work.
Well this is what I have done today.

Went to Walgreens to pick up a script and while I was there got my flu shot.

I sanded and Formsby'ed my dresser that I just purchased it is a very beautiful old Cherry wood dresser. I started with the top and then after alot of mess and smell and sanding... ( Formsby's doesn't work) I decided that the top was all I was going to do. It looks great then I lined the drawers with contact paper. The dresser didn't smell or wasn't in bad condition. I just thought it would freshen it up. I know its not finished, I will work on it every now,Im done with it for today.

I went to my favorite place to eat and got a 1/2 order of nachos. Came home to eat them in front of the TV tried to find something on You Tube that was artistically inspiring.... As I write this I see how truly pathetic my life has become. Huh.Washed clothes, vacuumed.  Now I am back at my table with brand new canvas 8x10 smaller . Thought I should just get the paints out and get to it.  But what is my subject matter?   I can go outside and see beautiful lake landscapes but doest everyone paint that plus want it?
